Customer Service – You can pay your bill over the phone through Customer Service, but you will be charged an Agent Assist Fee of $10. You can also use one of Verizon’s numerous free self-serve options, including the My Verizon app, My Verizon website, any Bill Pay Kiosk at a Verizon retail store, or the Verizon Automated Phone System by dialing #PMT on any mobile phone.
